Colorado 2012 Preview
Colorado really struggled in the Buffaloes first season in the PAC-12. The Buffaloes finished 3-10 and was not competitive in most of 2011 season. The offense was held to 17 or under in six games. The defense was poor versus the run giving up 5 yards a carry to their opponents. The bad thing is there is not much talent coming back. The leading passer and rusher will not return along with the two top receivers. The defense is in the same boat as the offense. Colorado has a long season ahead of them. Coach Jon Embree's second season as coach will not much better than the first. The Buffaloes gave up almost twice as many points as they scored. This once proud program has hit rock bottom. Colorado must show improvement or Embree's stint as coach could be a short one. The Buffaloes will be lucky to match last season's total of 3.
