Delivery Methods and Shipping Policies
Ticket America generally sends tickets out via Federal Express or certified mail. We require a signature upon delivery of all shipments. We only send tickets to the billing address, we cross-reference this with the customer's credit card company. This is a method of fraud protection and cardholder security.
In the event that tickets need to be sent to an alternate address, we will fax the customer a credit card authorization form and take any and all measures to verify customer authenticity. We generally send orders out the next business day in the manner of which the customer selects. Our shipping prices are as follows:
All shipments are subject to delivery availability in your area. Shipments may be delayed for reasons beyond the control of Ticket America. Shipments will not be rerouted from the original address used on the initial ordering form. Upon delivery of the tickets, the customer has 24 hours to notify Ticket America of any discrepancies with their order.
Customers who have a signature on file with FedEx need to contact Ticket America when ordering, in order for us to track the shipment and avoid loss/theft. Ticket America will not be liable should a customer forget to contact us regarding these instructions.
