The Denver Broncos had a miraculous season in 2011. The team made the playoffs and upset the Steelers. The Broncos won big this offseason when they were able to sign Peyton Manning (QB), and they hope he can drastically improve the team's passing attack. The Broncos offense will be much different with Peyton Manning leading the team. Manning was injured for the entire season in 2011, but he is one of the greatest quarterbacks in the NFL and he should have a big year if he stays healthy. Willis McGahee (RB) returns to the backfield after running for 1,199 yards in 2011. Manning should be able to help open up some running room for McGahee. The Broncos' defense was solid last season, even though they ranked 18th against the pass and 22nd against the run. Von Miller (LB) returns to lead the defense in 2012. The 23-year-old had 64 tackles last year. The Broncos also picked up Derek Wolfe (DT) with their first pick in the draft. The Broncos should be much improved in 2012 with Peyton Manning leading the offense. It will be interesting to see how quickly the team meshes.
