The Razorbacks have to replace fired coach Bobby Petrino and adjust to new interim coach John L Smith. There is no doubt that Arkansas has the most explosive offense in the SEC. Arkansas rode the offense to a 11-2 record in 2011. Quarterback Tyler Wilson can pass with anyone in the nation he threw for 24 touchdowns in 2011. Also running back and Knile Davis returns from a season ending injury in 2011. The Razorbacks lost to both LSU and Alabama in 2011. The lack of defense separated Arkansas from LSU and Alabama in 2011.If Arkansas can improve defensively in 2012 a berth in the SEC title game is possible they return 7 starters on defense in 2012. The offensive has to fill a few spots on the offensive line and at receiver but with Wilson and Davis they will score plenty of points. The season will boil down to how Arkansas plays against LSU and Alabama. |
