Galactic Ticket Refund Information
Full refunds(minus shipping costs) will only be given for cancelled events. All refunds must be requested within 30 days of the date of cancelation. Postponed or rescheduled events will not be refunded. Ticket America acts as an agent between the original purchaser of the tickets and the end user of the tickets. Keep in mind we are not always notified if a event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled. It will be the buyers responsibility to confirm any changes to the date or time of the event.
