Seton Hall finished ninth in the Big East, with a 8-10 conference record. Highlights of the 2011-12 campaign included victories over then #8 Connecticut, then #8 Georgetown, and other quality wins against the likes of Auburn, Wake Forest, DePaul, and Stony Brook (in the NIT Tournament).Among the key returning players for the Pirates are 6-6 junior Fuquan Edwin, 6-3 sophomore Aaron Cosby, 6-9 junior Patrik Auda, 6-9 sophomore Brandon Mobley, 6-5 sophomore Haralds Karlis, 6-6 senior Brian Oliver (transfer) and 6-9 senior Gene Teague (transfer). Seton Hall has some quality recruits joining the team this coming season, including 6-6 Savon Goodman, 6-8 Raymon Austin and 5-7 Aquille Carr.
