Our Privacy Policy is designed to assit you in understanding how we collect and use the personal information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our site and our products and services.
What Information Do We Collect?
When you visit our Web site you may provide us with two types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual basis and Web site use information collected on an aggre basis as you and others browse our Web site.
Personal Information You Choose to Provide
Email Information
If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and your responses.
Web Site Use Information
Similar to other commercial Web sites, our Web site utilizes a standard technology called "cookies" (see explanatoin below, "What Are Cookies?") and Web server logs to collect information about how our Web site is used. Information gathered through cookies and Web server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our Web site, and the Web sites visited just before and just after our Web site.

Other Policies
Since tickets are a one of a kind item and not replaceable there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us. |

Tickets can only be returned on a consignment basis where you would get 100% of the amount that we resell them for, up to the amount that you paid for them. |

All Prices are guaranteed at the time the order is CONFIRMED by Ticket America. |

Online orders placed after 6PM CT weekdays or on weekends may not be processed until the next working day. |

When you receive your tickets keep them in a safe place. Tickets can not be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets. |

We will not replace lost, stolen or damaged tickets. Once the tickets are in your possession, they are your responsibility. Please keep your tickets in a safe place, and also away from direct heat or sunlight, for this can damage them. |

|
If an event is canceled for any reason other than an act of God (rained out, earthquake, flood, etc.), strike, or lockout we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. Any shipping charges are not refundable. |

If an event is postponed the tickets will be honored for the new date of the show. New tickets will not need to be issued. If you can not make the new date we will accept the tickets back from you on a consignment basis only. You would receive 100% of the amount that we sell them for up to the price that you paid. |

In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be made. You must exchange the ticket at the ballpark for a seat to a future game that is still available. |

Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the shipping method. |

Since tickets are bought and sold on an open market, prices are subject to change at any time. Orders with ticket groups of two(2) or four(4) are guaranteed to be together. All other quantities are not guaranteed to be consecutive. |

Season Tickets and Fanclub Tickets may take longer than the FedEx delivery method selected. |

All attempts will be made by Ticket America to group seats according to requested Quantity. | |
