Ohio State finished the season in first place in the Big Ten, with a 13-5 conference record. The Buckeyes got off to a solid 13-1 start to the season, which included wins against then #8 Florida and then #4 Duke. Other key wins for the Buckeyes were those over then #8 Indiana, then #22 Michigan, then #20 Wisconsin, then #5 Michigan State, and another victory against then #13 Michigan on March 10.Among the key returning players for the Buckeyes are 6-2 junior Aaron Craft, 6-7 junior Deshaun Thomas, 6-4 junior Lenzelle Smith, 6-1 sophomore Shannon Scott, 6-11 sophomore Amir Williams, 6-8 senior Evan Ravenel, 6-6 junior J.D. Weatherspoon, 6-7 sophomore Sam Thompson and 6-4 junior Jordan Sibert. Ohio State has some quality recruits joining the team this coming season, including 6-9 Tony Parker and 6-8 Amile Jefferson.
