2013 Indianapolis Colts

Without Peyton Manning last season, the Indianapolis Colts won only 2 games and finished with the worst record in the NFL.  They hope that their new quarterback can lead the team this year. Andrew Luck (QB), the first overall pick in the draft, hopes he can restore the team to their past greatness. Luck has been praised as one of the greatest quarterbacks to come into the NFL in recent history.  He had 3,517 passing yards for Stanford last season, and threw 37 touchdowns.  He will be able to help an offense that averaged only 15 points per game in 2011. Reggie Wayne (WR) is back for another year.  Wayne struggled last season, which is understandable and he hopes to find a connection with Luck in 2012. The Colts' defense was equally as bad in 2011, ranking 29th in run defense.  Pat Angerer (LB) and Anthony Bethea (S) led the team in tackles.  They will need to lead their team in 2012 and hope that the offense can stay on the field long enough to give them some rest. Overall, the Colts will be in for a much better season in 2012.  There is a ton of pressure on Andrew Luck, but the young quarterback should certainly be able to win some games for the Colts this year.  Luck will be exciting to watch.
