2012-2013 UCF Basketball

The UCF Knights of Conference USA finished the 2011-12 season with a 22-11 record, capped off with a pummeling at the hands of Drexel in the NIT Tournament. UCF finished the season in third place in Conference USA, with a 10-6 conference record. Highlights of the 2011-12 campaign included victories against Charleston, Old Dominion, Stetson, Rhode Island, three wins over UAB, and the Knights' best win of the year, a 68-63 upset of then #4 Connecticut on November 25.
Among the key returning players for the Knights are 6-8 senior Keith Clanton, 6-5 junior Isaiah Sykes, 6-3 senior Marcus Jordan, 6-7 sophomore Kasey Wilson, 6-8 junior Tristan Spurlock and 6-9 senior Josh Crittle.
UCF has some quality recruits joining the team this coming season, including 6-8 Staphon Blair, 6-5 Matt Williams, 6-2 Taylor Barnette and 6-10 Dylan Karell.
