Broue
Once in a while, something comes around that completely changes the way something is done. Elvis Presley changed music. Bruce Lee changed martial arts. And a trio of Quebecois, or people born and raised in Quebec, Canada, changed the way that a play could be performed. Broue is a play that originated in Quebec, Canada, with the aforemention trio of actors/playwrights. Something unique and exhilarating is the fact that they play every character in the show. Although there are many different characters throughout the play, the same three actors simply change their costume and come back to play a different role. However, what truly sets Broue apart from the rest of the plays in the world is the fact that it actually changes over time. You see, the play is based on current events, and the audience relating to these current events. Therefore, the play constantly changes over time, so audience can relate. As such, the actors have actually rewritten the play numerous times over the years, while leaving the characters and locale the same. And it works wonderfully. In fact, you may just bust a rib or two from laughing so hard, it is really that funny. Broue is a truly unique and original kind of play, and since its inception in the early 80's, the same trio of actors have continued to play their parts, and have garnerd a five-star ratings from reviewers everywhere. If you don't see this play, you will miss this classic performance. Get your tickets today!
